What Free Treat Do You Get for Your Birthday in 2026?

The birthday fries and the program behind them:

Wingstop birthday reward: free seasoned fries plus club points

Detail What Applies
The reward Free order of regular seasoned fries
Delivery Coupon code emailed on your birthday
Validity Reports say about a week; check your email
Earning 10 points per $1 on app and website orders
Receipts Scan in-store receipts within 30 days for points

The fries arrive by email, not the app, which surprises some members. Club Wingstop is the free loyalty program behind it: 10 points per $1 on app and website orders, with in-store receipts scannable within 30 days for points. Members also get VIP early access to limited-time flavor drops and a rare peer-to-peer point transfer feature. The birthday coupon is separate from points, so it costs nothing to claim at most locations.

How to claim your Wingstop birthday reward in 5 easy steps

Email delivery is the step members miss. The code does not appear in the app, so watch your inbox and spam folder on your birthday. If your birthday is near, join today and confirm your email address.

Troubleshooting: If Your Wingstop Birthday Reward Did Not Appear

When the coupon never arrives, work through these in order.

Your birthday is missing. The most common cause. The coupon only sends with your birthday saved in your Club Wingstop profile. Add it and wait for next year if this one passed.
It went to spam. The code arrives by email, not the app. Check your spam and promotions folders on your birthday before assuming it never came.
Your email is wrong. A typo at signup sends the coupon into the void. Confirm your email address in your account settings.
The week expired. Reports say the coupon lasts about a week. Check the exact dates in the email; an old code will not work.
Your location opted out. Most locations honor it with no purchase necessary, but a few may not. Ask before you order.

Tips To Make Sure You Never Miss the Birthday Reward

Five habits that protect your Wingstop birthday reward:

Tip 1: Verify your email at signup. The coupon lives in your inbox. A confirmed, typo-free email is the whole game.
Tip 2: Whitelist Wingstop emails. Add their address to your contacts so the birthday code skips the spam folder.
Tip 3: Check email on the day. The code arrives on your birthday itself. Make inbox-checking part of your birthday morning.
Tip 4: Redeem early in the week. The Wingstop birthday reward window is short. Use the code within a few days, not at the deadline.
Tip 5: Scan your receipts. In-store orders earn points when you scan receipts within 30 days. Birthday fries plus points is double value.
