Troubleshooting: If Your Nothing Bundt Cakes Birthday Reward Did Not Appear

Check these before the window closes.

Your birthday is missing. Without it saved in your Bundtastic Rewards profile, the reward is never issued. Add it well ahead of time.
You checked the wrong channel. App members get the reward in the Rewards tab; eClub members get it by email. Check the channel you joined through.
You tried delivery. The birthday reward is in-store pickup at most bakeries. Delivery orders cannot redeem it.
The 7-day window passed. The reward expires 7 days after your birthday. After that it disappears.
Notifications are off. Turn on app notifications so the birthday alert actually reaches you.

Tips To Make Sure You Never Miss the Birthday Reward

Five habits that protect your free Bundtlet:

Tip 1: Save your birthday on day one. Enter it when you join Bundtastic Rewards. The system cannot send what it does not know.
Tip 2: Turn on app notifications. The birthday alert is how you learn the reward arrived. Silent phones miss free cake.
Tip 3: Join both channels. Many members join both the app and the eClub. Two channels mean two chances to see the reward.
Tip 4: Pick a star flavor. Any available Bundtlet flavor qualifies, so time your visit for the flavor you want most.
Tip 5: Keep earning Joy Points. At 10 points per $1, regular orders build toward free Bundtlets all year. Points can be redeemed for Bundtlets, discounts, and larger cakes in the Rewards Marketplace. The birthday treat is just the start.
