How to get free Dominos pizza for your birthday in 5 easy steps

Timing is everything since only one order per day earns points. Six orders means at least six days of ordering, so start two to three months before your birthday. Do not redeem the moment you hit 60 if your birthday is weeks away; points last 180 days, so you can hold them.

Troubleshooting: If Your Free Pizza Did Not Appear

When points or pizza go missing, work through these in order.

Your order was under $10. Only online orders of $10 or more earn the 10 points. Check your receipt total before counting the order.
You ordered twice in one day. Only one order per calendar day earns points. Spread qualifying orders across different days.
You ordered by phone or in person. Points come from online orders through the website or app. Counter and phone orders do not earn.
Your points expired. Points die after 180 days of account inactivity. One small online order resets the clock.
You expected a birthday trigger. Domino’s sends no automatic birthday pizza. The free pizza comes only from redeemed points, so bank them yourself.

Tips To Make Sure You Never Miss the Birthday Reward

Five habits that earn your Dominos birthday reward:

Tip 1: Start two months early. Six point-earning orders take at least six days. Starting early removes all deadline stress.
Tip 2: Never double up in one day. Two orders in a day still earn just 10 points. Split them across days to earn twice as fast.
Tip 3: Hold your 60 points. Do not redeem the second you qualify if your birthday is coming. Points survive 180 days, so save the pizza.
Tip 4: Watch member-only deals. Members get exclusive discounts and bonus offers. A deal-stacked birthday order earns points and saves cash.
Tip 5: Keep the account alive. The Dominos birthday reward plan dies if your points expire. One cheap online order every few months protects everything.
